CONTEMPORARY PARTNERING - description of lesson

The lesson is taught through an original extensive choreography, during which we will focus on the principles of partnering, the harmony of both of the bodies, dynamic changes, expression and presentation of the movement material. We will use elements of manipulations, lifts, floor work, contact improvisation, isolation and light acrobatics. The lesson is modified so it can be managed by a pair of two women.
